What's my best option? Sending my frame off to have rails cut?

Why a G27 and not a G23? Because I want to suppress it with a micro can and have the smallest package possible. Also, my rounds are only reliably subsonic in barrels less than 4".

You shouldn't need to send it out anywhere to cut rails.  Buy the light, make the measurements, and you should be able to do it yourself easily.
