I just purchased a 45MOS with a RMR Type 2 on a CHPW mount. Any recommendations on some Irons that are not suppressor height but will still give you something to use in case the dot goes out?

1.5 weeks later, objective achieved.  My same Glock 17 gen 5 MOS (2022 model) which I installed Meprolight high green dot front night sight and for now removed the factory rear sight. Unfortunately the new Vortex Viper red dot adjustment lock screws are at the rear end of the optic, so I have to zero the optic first before I install the rear orange night sight. I'm probably going to change my red dot to a Holosun EPS later on. I got my Vortex red dot free from one of my new carbine package recent purchase. |

Picked up a 47. Set it up with Ameriglo GL-429 sights, a FCD MOS plate, and a Holosun 507C X2. If you order the Holosun from Shadow Systems, you can get the all blacked out version that Holosun did for them. No big white billboard on it.

Decided to join the 21st century and upgrade my 1980’s Gen 2 G-19. Haven’t shot it yet but my initial impression is the Holosun is too bright, I think it will be useable but ideally I’d click it down a couple notches.

My G43X I just got back from Battle Werx, this is a MOS model but had them mill it for the Holosun w/no plate. Very happy with the work but I wish I had gotten Cerakote instead of the DLC.
