This is tougher than I thought!  Anyone have a recommendation?  My EDC for the past six years has been a G19, in an IWB Minotaur, but I don't know how to solve this little riddle!

Take a look at Thunderwear, 3speed, and Smartcarry.

If you're wearing bib overalls every day, might as well just carry around a side by side.

I wear bib painters whites, everyday...

I usually carry an LCP in the pocket, but I have also carried a Shield on the ankle.

I am thinking a Kahr CM9 may be the ideal ankle gun. I used to carry the LCP in my bib breast pocket, which is fine when painting around the shop, but the draw is slow and it doesn't work real well when I am out in public.

I have often thought of going to a pocket carried J frame over the LCP, but 7 shots of .380 seems easier to conceal than 5 shots of 38 special?

If I'm wearing pants with no belt (gym shorts etc) I often just put an old leather belt on (just wrapped around my waist) and put the holster on that.  You could do something similar, assuming there is room at the side of the overalls to reach inside.

If you know anybody who sews maybe sew a kydex holster shell inside the chest area of the bibs.

I just put a belt on and cover it with my shirt.  The holster usually settles to around the 4oclock position.  I wear overalls out in the shop and yard/garden all the time, and have no problems carrying in them.

The 642 is small enough to slip into the bib pocket, but the butt sticks out a little.  I works around the house but I wouldn't go outside with it.

A Colt 32 using a neatly folded handkerchief in the bib pocket. That's what my Great Uncle used to carry when he made moonshine.
