can someone give me the length from the mounting plate to the end of the buttpad when the stock is in the folded position?

Not sure I understand your question but here goes:
End of receiver to end of stock- 8.125" End of hinge to end of stock- 9.0" Hope this helps  ETA: Century VZ2008 if it matters |

yes that helps, i basically wanted to know how far forward it extends when folded. Seeing about using one on a uzi and wanted to know if it would block the grip/trigger on it.
