I remember a website famous for ak47 sales had a limited run on M92 I believe (the Serbian 7.62 pistol) that came with an underfolding stock and a faux suppressor to make the short barrel legal with the folding stock. Basically, a ready to go sbr when you dremel the tac weld off the "suppresor." Obviously I would wait until I had tax stamp in hand. I have no desire to lose my 2nd amendment rights....

Sooo, does anyone know who made these, if they're still available for order, and what the model # may be? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

CNC Warrior used to make ones that had the faux can and side folding stock. Maybe us machinegun? Not sure I've ever seen the combo you speak of... But those companies would be there most likely options. Don't see such rifles on either of their sites now though...

Maybe they sold the stock separately with a separate mailing but no way they distributed it complete like that with just a tack weld, or even all in same package, as either way it would still be an SBR.

All the ones I've seen have been pinned and then welded over the pin. OP is just likely confused as to the method they used. Pin and welded would be legal.
