(I have not done the front latch yet) So I just removed the rear trunnion block PITA and drilled a few small holes in conjunction with the trunnion (these come with a folder trunnion installed)
then I used a dremel with a small stone wheel and hogged it out til close to the trunnion. thennnnn used a small file set and took off material til I met the openings in the block. It was much easier than I thought it would be. The upper handguard came off a chinese or replica cheese grater gas tube that was damaged so I cut it to fit and welded to the tube in the same fashion it was welded originally.

That looks excellent, got me wanting to install an actual side folder stock on my already SBR'ED Draco with the Manticore, Stormwerks hinge. It's not bad but I think your stock is much more solid.

That thing is sexy. I have to co pick up my new Century C39 V2 today hopefully.
ETA is that a Lancer mag? Those things just make a gun look even better. They need to make them in 7.62x39

Got it done! I drilled until the pin sat flush ! installing the latch was a real pain in the hoop!
