Cope's has some plastic followers listed.
Says they are NOS from Poland but they are plastic so maybe they are for the polymer mags? Maybe this helps: I had 2 steel mags that didn't feed right. One had a spring that was way short and the other one had a spring that someone had tried to stretch. I couldn't find any springs so I ordered a couple Tapco 5.45 mags thinking maybe the springs would work. Just on a lark I tried to put the Tapco springs with the followers and the floorplate retainers attached in the original steel bodies and they fit just fine. The mags only hold 29 rounds now but they feed 100%.
