So I heard Hillbilly Firearms is dropping out of the build service business.  Who are some other good builders or gunsmiths that put together kits?  I am starting to want to build another Galil.  And is there a good source for 7.62x51 bolts?  I have heard of people opening up 5.56 bolt faces to work, but I would like to hear if anyone has some first hand experience with this.
