Came in today at my local ffl. Bought it from Budsgunshop.com. I went ahead and accepted it. Here are some pics. I did not realize that it was canted until further inspection at home. The FFL were closing in 5min. and I left.
Came with two good steel mags. Here are the pics of the canted sights and possibly gas block. 
I have not shot it yet. But should I go ahead and just contact CAI? |

Wow both the stock and barrel are canted to the right as far as I can see. The gun is gonna feel funny when you shoulder that.
I would call up CAI and raise hell about that. |

The #1 reason I don't buy anything made by CAI....quality control

I think century just opened the magwell up a little and swapped a few parts(922r) on the OPAPS

Send that thing back asap.I wouldn't even bother shooting it.
Im so tempted to get one of these but keep telling myself, only if i see it in person first to be sure its a good one. |

I would send it back for a good one or my money back.
That thing is beyond the heavy hammer fix procedure. Sorry considering it is a Yugo and you are from Yugo. My Century Yugo underfolder M70AB2 is a fine AK. |

Update:
Called Century this morning, and they are going to issue me a prepaid return label. Jennifer Trombley was really nice on the phone and polite and professional. I asked her what the return turnaround was and she said 3-4 weeks at the moment. I also asked if I get a replacement that I receive the stock with an Eagle crest, since that's how I originally bought it, and she made the notation on that. I'll keep you updated. |
