I finally got around to shooting my SKS and found I had to drift the front sight all the way to the left when I sighted it in at 100 yards. The front sight does not appear to be canted. Has anyone else had a similar problem with a Yugo?

I saw a Norinco like that not too long ago.  Could be the rear sight block not quite straight but close enough to install the piston/handguard.  Check it with a straight edge.  Also check the crown/muzzle for nicks or damage.

Had this on my Yugo. Block somehow gets misaligned.
