Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need help identifying a Saiga 12 part

I have a guy trying to sell me a small lot of Saiga 12 parts. A gently used autoplug, a muzzle break, and a unknown part.

The part is claimed to be a product comprable to the rocknlock. It was a product sold on eBay and came from a custom shop in Puerto Rico. Apparently it also has/had a YouTube video that was informative of the product. Either way I'm getting all 3 for $75 shipped so it's not a terrible deal. The seller has no info on the part and I've been googling pretty hard to no avail.

Anybody got any ideas?

Does the seller own a camera?  Can he take a pic of said part?

The parts are with a gunsmith. When his guns gets back he was going to sell me the parts.
