I've got a Romanian GP-WASR10 that fits me very well in the length of pull (once I learned how to shoulder it correctly). Is there anything that I can use to the give the buttpad a wider surface area to spread the recoil around, without changing my Length of Pull or having to buy a completely new stock set?

This buttpad will lengthen your pull about an inch butt it will make shooting the rifle more comfortable. I have one on my wasr10. They just slid on but I used a little velcro inside too.

The metal cap on the end of the buttstock on a Romanian GP-WASR10. The metal part with the trapdoor, what are the physical measurements of that part?
