Well I tried to change my UF to a different stock.  I thought the easiest way would by to put a CAA adapter on it, WRONG, it does not line up with the holes correctly, not even close.  See pic.
So I have a Manticore Arms triangle stock with folding mechanism lying around,
is there any reason I can't drill and tap the trunnion and bolt on the hinge and stock?
Any thoughts on the drilling and tapping?? I can use the parts of the CAA adapter to cover to UF holes instead of welding them.
In all honesty, AKs are not my thing, but I'm stuck with what I have since I'm in MD and cannot simply sell it and buy another.
