Thanks for any information. VEPR K .223 View Quote Very nice rifle. With all of the extras $800-1000 on gunbroker, possibly more.If it was a 7.62 it would be $1000-1200 easy |

It being a 223 is the only thing hurting it value wise. The 223 AK's just never really took off like the 5.45/7.62 versions.Still a solid desirable rifle to the right person or collector |

What is the value of a side folding stock I took off my Tantal years ago? I'm selling it, and I think I may have it over priced.

I have a good idea on this one, but don't follow the AK market and these don't come up for sale often. SACO imported Norinco Type 56-3 like new no box. Came with unnumbered bayonet one 30 and 1 20rd mag. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a368/DEG169/Norinco%20AK/56a_zps3634640c.jpg http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a368/DEG169/Norinco%20AK/56b_zps2c37e1fa.jpg View Quote Mine looks exactly like the one above, but says Clayco Sports Clay Center on it and Ling Hua Factory made in China. View Quote Its rare but not as much as the Bakelite 56S-3 you are comparing it to. The Clayco is a solid $2000-2300 rifle,if you have the box, bayonet, etc $2500 on gunbroker. The red Bakelite in the links you quoted is a $2400-2800+ rifle all day long without the box in the condition such as that rifle. With box and everything else- $3000 |

A buddy has a Maadi ARM imported by Intrac in decent overall shape. Numbers match except for the bolt for some reason. I'm no AK expert but I understand this would have had a thumbhole stock originally? It now has a laminated stock with a Maadi blue pistol grip. The finish is mediocre at best but again from what I read that's normal for this type of rifle. Has one mag, missing the cleaning rod but does have the cleaning kit in the rear stock. No pics currently but figure average condition - wondering what the ballpark value would be currently.

View Quote Yes the ARM model Maadi rifles came with a thumbhole stock originally.Finish on these is usually wore and looks like it was painted in a sandstorm with a paintbrush The bolt not matching may hurt it some,i would check the head space to make sure the original bolt wasnt replaced with a random bolt. The value on these has gone up recently at least on gunbroker I would say a solid $750-800 If the bolt matched, had the cleaning rod, and was sold on gunbroker $800-1000 |

If it was done correctly with a new FSB,gas block, correct Chinese wood(which you would have to go with an ironwood rear stock because of the slant cut),and pistol grip $1000--1200 on gunbroker Problem is the parts required will eat up any profit you would make, not worth the trouble unless you wanted to keep it. If it was a straight cut receiver and you debanned it probably $1200-1250 on gunbroker. |

How about a value on a WASR-2 (5.45x39)? Pretty much a standard WASR, mostly straight, unthreaded muzzle. Used, but not abused.

I've picked up a few kits over the years, but never got around to build them. Cancer came back and I'm going through yet another round of chemo. I'm trying to get rid of a few things I've gathered before starting any gofundme page. I've been out of the AK scene for a while, so I have no idea what these kits are going for these days. All of kits appeared to be fired very little before they were de-milled.
1. Polish under-folder kit with original barrel. Only wear is on the should-pad area of the stock, otherwise the rest of the grayish parkerized finish is in excellent shape. 2. Hungarian FEG AMD-63 (fixed-stock) 16" original barrel. Handling marks on beech-wood furniture. But finish on metal parts are in excellent condition. 3. FEG AMD-65 (wire folding stock) with original barrel and "snake" muzzle brake. Plastic furniture dinged up, but finish on metal parts are excellent condition. Thank you in advance for your help! My first AK47. Not sure exactly what I have but from what I can find searching the internet this is possibly preban and somewhat desirable? It has a bit of rust on the receiver near the engraving but otherwise is in great shape. Came with cleaning kit in the but stock.

Keep it original dont swap stocks, etc on it.Shoot it but take care of it.The Chinese triggers are damn good triggers too. Value on these is climbing very fast on auction sites. $1500-2000 - I personally wouldnt sell it for less than $1600,value will only increase |

Thanks Flyleaf. I figured it could be worth $1000 or so but didnt expect that much. The trigger is pretty nice.

Hello and thanks in advance for the help,
I have a (imported by DUNAV Int'l) Arsenal Model SA 93 made in Bulgaria with milled receiver, 16" chrome lined barrel, poly hand guard, and wood thumb hole stock, but it doesn't have muzzle threading, a bayonet lug, or a riveted scope mount. It has no rust and black finish is >98% How much do you think it's worth? |

Hello all,
I have a WASR with quite a few upgrades that are making it somewhat difficult for me to gauge its value. http://i.imgur.com/Tj5LZbY.jpg It is an older WASR, '67 I think, but it's free of the old WASR "quirks" like canted sights etc. it has the following upgrades: - Midwest Industries quad rail handguard - Magpul MOE stock and grip - ALG AKT trigger - Damage industries recoil spring - Damage industries muzzle break - Krebs custom retaining plate So what's my WASR worth? Thanks in advance |
