I'm purchasing WASR soon and was wondering what sight rail do you guys recommend to use? I don't want it to sit too high because I'd like to use some sort of red dot and still have a good solid cheek contact with the stock. Any suggestions?

Ultimak gas tube rail, put a small red dot on there and you'll have lower 1/3rd co witness.

The Ultimak gas tube rail mention above is a great rail if you're using a micro red dot. Ultimak with mirco red dot is probably the best route if you're looking for a light weight setup.

You can always go with a side mount rail if you want to use a 30mm tube red dot (such an Aimpoint M2, M3, and PRO): Midwest Industries, RS Mount, or the GG&G Mount.

The RS mount will offer more flexibility since it's modular and will allow you to use different upper optic mounts for what ever red dot you want to use.
