I just knabbed a midwest mlok rail with t1 top cover for my npap and was wondering if this will cowitness lower 1/3 with the irons

dont think so, yugo mounts are a tad higher than the akm. If you need co witness then i think rs regulate is the only option i know of, they have yugo specific mounts.
