I've got a couple other threads on here about a build in progress (receiver is waiting on parkerizing right now), and it is based on a Childer's receiver.  Since the firearm (receiver) is US made, do I have to follow the 10 US made parts?  Everything else I have is Bulgarian, Hungarian, or Russian.  I have an Ergo Grip on order, and one Tapco mag.

Yes you do, assuming you are knot going to debate weather it applies to an individual

No debate needed.

It just seemed that every answer I found to 922r questions involved starting out with a Russian or Bulgarian made receiver, and not with an American made one.

Looks like I'll be doing some parts shopping.

When we built them for century at my old place we used the tapco fcg with their us made receiver.

It is one less part you need to worry about substituting basicly

Looks like I'll have to use a us made trigger assy and a hand guard set to get in line with the feds.
