If I buy a krinkov pistol and convert it myself after an approval for a tax stamp what would I need to do other than a stock? Kvar has an sbr for $2500 but if I could just put a stock on a pistol I could save a bunch. So what is the difference. Thanks for any info

The 106u with the threaded front sight is probably the easiest.
