Hey all,

With the holiday season upon us i'm sure a good deal of us will be getting triggers for our various firearms (Which will of course need fondling), just wanted to share the hammer-block that my group uses when testing our AR based products. We designed this block after breaking a $50 Off the Shelf version and decided not to keep paying $40-$50 to continue our testing. No support material necessary, the version in the video went through 500 cycles on our endurance test rig before taking the video, still going strong with no signs of fatigue.

Very nice.  I've been considering converting one of my older, damaged Fruity Ghost molds into a trigger jig mold, but if I'd gotten into 3D printing already like I should have, I'd print your hammer block instead.

Details on the print?   Filament type, printer and settings?

Printer Settings and info:

Printed on an Ultimaker with .15mm layer height
PLA Filament, no special material additives
25% infill with 1mm wall thickness

Hope that helps, I can go through more of my settings if you need.

Can y'all sell them at a good price?

Since your rocking the 3D printer is there any chance you could turn out a few Magpul AK grip cores that would allow for an AK cleaning kit? I made a request to Magpul for this today but who knows it they will make it

I'm just getting started with 3D printing, it pushed a lathe down the list on my next cool toy to have.  I have a Mendelmax 3 kit inbound from their BF sale with a few spools of PLA to learn on.
