Has anyone used Duracoat to paint their AR's, and if so, we're you satisfied with the results?

Not my AR, but did my 1911 RIA (twice) pretty durable finish but may have issues on sharp edges.

Much more durable then rattle can, looks good if you take your time.

Did my 22. It's holding up really good. Been about 2 years.

That's promising; I'm starting to ponder a second build, and I'm thinking about a royal blue for an 'Air Force Retired' theme.  I suppose that probably sounds a little Goofy.

Have it on an AK74. I like it, epsecially over the junk gunkote that came on it from Waffen.

Caveat, I sent it out for Jim's to duracoat it. Good full coverage and is staying on. Durable as much as anything besides hard anodizing or parkarizing. Spellings? lol
