Have you tried rock river arms for both parts they are $1.29 total they don't list total shipping cost either but you can call them to get a estimate.
Their customer service is great too I placed a order one time and forgot I needed to order something else when I placed the first order already. I called them and they said no problem they would make sure it was combined with my first order to save on shipping. Rock River Arms lower parts |

You can buy individual parts from MidwayUSA or Brownells. If you have Prime, you can get parts from Amazon without necessarily getting nailed for shipping, but you have to be a bit more careful to avoid getting burned by cheap crap parts.
