I'm in process of a budget build.  Looking at either the DS Arms lower build kit for ~$80 or the PSA Premium LBK for $85.  Timeline isn't that important so I don't mind waiting on either one.  The PSA does state using a 7075 buffer tube while the DSA doesn't really specify.  Any real quality advantage with either kit or just get the one in stock at the time?

There are the two I'm looking at.

I have used both, and I prefer the PSA PSA Classic Premium LBK $84.99. They will both work just fine though, and I have never had a problem with kits from either one.
