the clamp you are looking at will also accept an upper with a carry handle.
I have the browells version of the clamp you posted. It looks the same and accepts flat top uppers. ETA: just noticed its a left handed one. I have no experience with this. I would ask the vendor if it will work with left handed uppers. |

You will need a ratworx style block to work with a left handed upper. The clamp style blocks will work with carry handle uppers and standard right hand ejecting A4 style uppers, but not lefties.

Asked supplier about the clam shell style clamp and they stat it should work on my upper.
Sure wish they would come show me how it fits. While this is my first AR build, I'm very mechanically inclined and work on everything else around the house/farm/work. |
