I wanted something different, so ...
Parts List Spikes Lower DD LPK DD 16 inch LW mid length barrel DD low pro gas block BCM gas tube DD BCG Battle comp 2.0 Diamondhead 13.5 inch V RS-T Hand guard BCM Buffer tube Magpul STR Stock Upper assembled by ADCO I am going to put a scope on it and see how it shoots later this week. then I will put a Eotech 552 on it for the optic

I like the way the rail ends, just not the bottom half. Cool looking build regardless..

Damn, I might have to build a 10.5" barrel w/ the 10.25" version of that rail for my SBR.

How's everyone's fixed sights lining up on these handguards? Mine was off center and I had to maximize the rear windage all the way to one side when doing a basic boresighting. I checked everything and finally took a caliper to check dimensions. The barrel was way off center to the handguard. Bummer. I'm waiting to hear back from Diamondback to see what's up. I took it off and put the stock handguard (Stag 3) back on, along with the picatinny gas block that has a rail for the front sight. The sights are now on perfect zero. I measured the proprietary nut and the bolt grooves checked out square to the edges and the inner shoulder that support the barrel ring measured the same all around. What's left?

Don't normally go for that fancy stuff- but I really like it. Looks like a great rifle!
