I ordered a striped upper from Red X based on this thread. Ordered 17th, shipped 21st, received today (26th). Other than unboxing it I haven't done anything with it yet. How is that? I ordered mine on the 13th and still haven't even gotten word on being charged, not to mention a shipment. Was yours stripped or a complete upper? Shouldn't matter. It said in stock. It had a forward assist and dust cover, but that shouldn't affect stock or ship time. |

You need a whole new receiver setup. .223/5.56 cannot accept .308 systems. Maxwells are different sizes etc. volt carrier is much larger....

AR10 platform is for 308. The two platforms only share some of the lower parts. Everything else is essentially bigger. |
