My X400v has always been a PITA, this time the cross/mounting screw broke (while shooting in the dark of course). I may have had to wait an hour on hold but once I got someone, they immediate got my address and are shipping the replacement parts for free. So bravo SF, even though this was probably my fault they are still standing my their products, no questions asked.
