I believe the Malkoff MDC has a 1" diameter bezel, although it may be tapered. The Elzetta Alpha could fit your needs, but it's at the upper limit of your price range. If you come across an old Surefire 3P you could use that with a Malkoff M31.

I'd get an Elzetta Alpha and call it good. It'll fit a 1" mount, is bomb proof, and has an excellent warranty in the event you need service.

BADASS.. it's even easier than that. Just build it to your specifications starting here: http://www.elzetta.com/make-own-alpha.html?options=cart, start by selecting the lens, then bezel, then tailcap... Mine came out to $135.
