Looking at this combo to mount to my MOE midlength handguards. Good combo? For the money can I do better?

I ran that combo on a rifle for about a year and a half and really enjoyed it. I definitely liked it better than the magpul light mount setup. The mount is sturdy and ergonomic, just make sure to Loctite all the screws once you get it where you want it.

I would still have it if I hadn't switched to a KMR rail. Now thinking about moving it over to my MOE shotgun forend.

Great set up along with IWC's micro flush qd mount for the MOE. I too have switched to the KMR but may keep the MOE & IWC set up for my next build. I like it that much.
