Define long range. What do you intend to use it for? Under what conditions? Why laser vs other aiming tool?

I would get a surefire x400 w/ green laser

And they are EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!!

If you catch a reflection from a HALF A WATT laser back into your eyes, the only concern you will have involves a White Cane and a seeing eye Dog.

+1 use caution. I'd actually treat that laser as weapon. You can probably shoot superman down with that thing.

If 0.5W wasn't powerful enough, it's now 750mW.
