I received the following notification from Amazon (see below):  They actually refunded both sets I purchased on two separate orders (late 2016).  I've used these at an outdoor range without any issues.

Anyone else get the same notice OR know what is going on with these.  I've contacted Amazon and Howard Leight for specifics, but no response yet....Thoughts?
