I just wanted to get y'all's opinion on the SL-S stock just to see if anyone is using it.

I don't think they're even on the market yet with the SL-S model, do you see it in stock somewhere?

Yes, if you're seeing the SL-S stock for sale let me know. I am thinking about getting it. Magpul's website has "Late 2016" listed for them, and I have yet to see them even listed on the stores I frequent.

I am waiting for the SL-S. In the meant time...

I have two Magpul ACS stocks.  NIB, that I bought in 2012.  I was much more ignorant on the AR back then, not that I'm an expert now.  I opened the boxes today to use the stocks:

1 - ACS black - no screws on the butt pad.  Left an email with Magpul.  Maybe I get screws, or at least get the size/thread.

2 - ACS FDE, perfect for my first AR I bought iand the only FDE I have.  Oops.  That AR has a commercial tube, not Mil Spec.

So there you go.  That's what happens when yo're not paying attention.
