You can get a Magpul MS1 padded sling, then buy the QD ends to make a padded MS4 (the dual QD version). Or I think Vickers Tactical has one. With either, choose your own retailer and shop for which is on sale or has best price.

I've got a LaRue Tactical padded which included two heavy duty push button QD swivels, their version have a front side quick release buckle, they're made for them by Viking Tactics (Vicking Tactics version doesn't have the front side quick release buckle).
I agree, Blue Force Gear's Vickers padded VCAS have versions with dual QD sling swivels. http://www.larue.com/larue-tactical-padded-sling |

I have the LaRue padded sling and really like it. Gets the job done and the quick adjust straps work well.
