I'm using a 8.5" 300blk with a 7" rail and a magpul foregrip. I woul like an inexpensive front hand stop to prevent me from sliding off the front of that rail.
Any $20ish options?
ETA: how about putting a BCM KAG backwards?

Magpul makes a handstop kit that's pretty nice. Two different sizes/ types are included, and it should match up well with your VFG.
