Does this seem normal or weird?  This is an aimpoint pro with 3 dots; the normal dot which stays on target, a dot that seems to stay centered, and a third dot that seems to do the opposite of what the main dot does.  This is more visible when the brightness volume is turned up.

If it disappears when turned down  it's just due to blooming of the dot. That being said if it's always there even when it's barely visible there's something wrong with the sight.

Looks like some bloom, and or reflection type deal. Take it out in the Sun and see how it does when focusing on a target. Also try turning intensity down a bit. Aimpoint are meant to be used with both eyes open, looking through them and focusing on the target, instead of the dot.

Or what you are possibly seeing is the reflection of the led off the lenses.
