What optic for an 8.5" SBR in 300 BLK?

[ARCHIVED THREAD] - What optic for an 8.5" SBR in 300 BLK?

I've been looking at the eotech 300blk optic but from what I'm reading the reticle is shit and really blurry. I want something that's gonna have a crisp reticle because that blurryness would drive me nuts. I've been looking at the Leupold Carbine Optic but I'm not sure if I feel like spending $1k on that.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Eotechs are blurry if you have an Astigmatism. Otherwise they're pretty damn clear and crisp.

MRO works well for me. I have pretty bad astigmatism. Just had to bring it back a little on the upper to get rid of the Faux Magnification.

I went with the ACOG TA31-C-100414. Has a really nice 300BLK reticle with holdovers for supersonic and subsonic. Zero @100 with supers, and everything else is marked in the reticle.

i have a astigmatism and I stopped buying anything more expensive then PA or holosuns. Cause they all look the same these days.

Leopold Patrol Fire Dot, 1.25 x 4 power. Nice brigt dot - like a red dot scope plus a 4X. Super rugged, lifetime warrenty. About 450 bucks.
