I have two of them and love them. Crisp, clear glass. And the adjustments are true.

I have the Crossfire II w/AO and like it so far. Not as clear as my Diamondback HP but you cant beat its bang for the buck.

I have a Crossfire 2 and I like it so far. I haven,'t had a chance to use it much yet, but now that you brought it up I might bring it to class with me this week.

You asked for "the word". The word is Chinese. Upgrade just slightly in price to Vortex Diamondback (Phillipine glass and assembly), or Leupold VX-1 and you will see a dramatic improvement in clarity and build quality.

I have both the BDC and V-Plex reticles in 4-12x40. Good enough for me.
