Anyone have any experience with this mount?
mount

Is it reliable? Very light compared to the Burris I usually use.

I have it on my 3 gun rifle. I don't know what you mean by reliable but it certainly holds a scope, the screws stay tight, and it's light as hell.  Perfect for what I need.

Reliable as in holds POA, stays in place once mounted. You pretty much nailed it.

I replaced all my LTs with Aeros.

Half the weight.

Half the price.

Mine just came in yesterday, I didn't like that it didn't come with instructions (never can be too safe when using a new product) but it works well enough. I found online that the rings are good with the included 15lb torque wrench but the base are good up to 20+lbs ( IIRC) so I torqued those screws as much as I could with the 15lb wrench and added an extra 1/8 of a turn with a spare Torx key set I had around.

They are great scope mounts.

You can get them much cheaper from Granite Ridge or even slightly cheaper from the Granite Ridge Ebay store (can make an offer on EBay store).

Does Aero make a 34mm mount.  I know that 1" and 30mm are much more common, I just can't seem to find one.  Think, 3gun optic mount, not end of the world GTG mount.  Weight is important to me.  Thanks

I wouldn't use anything else due to the light weight.

I have the SPR mount and it's unbelievably light. Once it's properly torqued down I don't see how it could move around. It was $75 with free shipping from a seller named Trace_Creek_Outfitters on eBay.

I have an Aero, does its job.

Handles repeated range trips and associated banging around. Doing a p-dog trip in 2 weeks, that will be its true test if I trust /keep the mount.

All in all very impressed with it.

I have had a 3-9x40 VX-R Patrol mounted in the Extended Aero mount for about a year with no issues.  Holds zero, mounted solid.  I haven't abused it, but I don't baby it either.  For the price and my intended uses I don't see any reason to get anything else.

I see two posters mentioned Granite Ridge Outfitters.  I just stumbled across their site the other day.  I assume they are GTG for ordering?
