I also own a near new Eotech XPS-2 or something like that ( much smaller compact than the 512 that takes AA batteries ) The newer smaller eotech seems fine so I am holding onto it and only submitted refund info on the 2005 era 512 model Hope to hear from them in the next couple days. If I get $350+ back for it I am a happy camper |

I never go outside in cold cold conditions. I never keep my rifle in my SUV on hot summer days. For those waiting for a response, make sure you check your spam folder as well. Mine almost got scrapped because at first I thought the email was a spam email based on the @l-3com.com. Took me a second to realize it was from EOTech. derp.
