Finney Consumer Support Project Specialist _______________________________________________________ Orig message: I submitted mine on Sat Dec 5 and got an immediate reply back acknowledging and to print up a form No true OK email back to proceed with shipping label / refund info etc Mine was for an Eotech 512 dated 2005 manuf. and its in near new cosmetic shape / yet I have noticed the reticle getting fuzzier / less in focus thru the years. I also own a near new Eotech XPS-2 or something like that ( much smaller compact than the 512 that takes AA batteries ) The newer smaller eotech seems fine so I am holding onto it and only submitted refund info on the 2005 era 512 model Hope to hear from them in the next couple days. If I get $350+ back for it I am a happy camper
