I don't know about the "ultralight" part, but LaRue and Seekins both carry 34mm scope mounts.

Really trying to find sub 5 oz option if it exists. Would have expected to see Aero Precision 34mm to make the mark seeing as the 30mm is just over 3oz |

Check out the Nightforce Ultralite Unimount. I'm not sure on the exact weight, but they make 30mm and 34mm versions.

I'd call Primary Arms and ask them.....they probably have a line on some for their new 1-8 scope.

I was actually going to give you a call anyhow to get more info on your 1-8x with ACSS coming out as it is on the short list of scope options. My issue with rings is two part..... #1 it means I will need to buy a scope mounting kit to line up the rings, # 2 it's hard to get good eye relief when shooting NTCH. How is the 1-8 doing with regard to #2 among a few other questions that can wait till after launch. |

On a standard upper if you are NTCH you would want an extended mount to get enough eye relief |
