Quoted: Want to use my 300BO to hunt and need 5 round mags. I bought 2 from Brownells. Dont waste your money, they dont work. Talked with their tech guys and they agreed they dont work. So who might make a working 5 rounder? Thanks for the help. |

Just take a 10 round and run a metal screw in the side at 5 rounds.

Maybe you could get a 10 round pmag and one of their -10 round limiter base plates and trim it to a 5 round limiter? Also ASC and Remington make 5 round mags. https://www.44mag.com/category/223_ar15_magazines/a
