Look up BUFFMAN RANGE on youtube. He has chrono data for ZQI. No gel block though :p

I've chrono'd ZQI from 14.5" and 18" barrels, IIRC.

I'll dig through my notes and post up the numbers.

ETA: in the mean time, here is my ZQI range report, which has velocity numbers from one of my 14.5" rifles.

This seems similar to my results. 70degrees got me around 2900 average from my 14.5 and 3100 from a 20inch. I shot some when it was colder as well.

I'll post exact numbers when I get a chance.

Sounds good, thanks!

OK, I dug through my files and found some of the velocity numbers I recorded while I was testing some of the Green Mountain experimental twist rate barrels.

I need to track down a Colt or equivalent 1/7 chrome-lined 20" barrel, so I can get some numbers from it as well to compare.
