I just purchased a Voodoo Innovations Barrel  16inch Carbine length.  It's an EVO Ultra Lite I am using this in my lightweight platform. I don't reload at this point FYI so that's not really an option at this point in time. I am struggling to fine the best ammo to run through it. I typically just shoot M855 as I have plenty off hand. I have ran some Winchester 3 gun and various brands but can't seem to find the right fit. Open to suggestions and they would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

What are you trying to achieve? Better groups? Cycling issues? Too much recoil?

I would like tighter groups and more effiecient cycling not sure if I can have my cake and eat it to... 100 yard irons I am seeing 1.75 to 2.25 MOA  but this is also my first complete build as well and I only have around 500 rounds down range after about  10-20 test rounds at 50  yards to dial my irons in. My Daniel defense on irons eats about everything and I'm around 1.25-1.50 MOA  consistently with non magnified optic and irons. I'm not the best shot but would like it to be as consistent as my other platform.

Also I'm fairly new to the AR game so to speak so I'm so still learning how to be accurate.

Black Hills 5.56 77 gr will give you about as good accuracy as you can find from a factory load and the 5.56 pressure will be sure to cycle your action.

1.75" to 2.25" is excellent with a lightweight barrel and iron sights. What ammo depends largely on the twist rate. if it's 1:9, anything up to 69 gr. If 1:7, 62 to 77 gr. That's just general - sometimes it doesn't matter at all. But match ammo is what you need to reduce those good groups.
