If reloading, buy plated bullets.  Extreme are usually onsale and I like them
I really used to like fioocchi 9mm but I had 3 light near squibs last outing.  Bullets cleared but I don't see how.  I checked the bore each time it happened.
fioocchi is also the cleanest 9mm brass case I have ever fired.  
I don't shop at wally world ever.  
Check online. 9mm is getting back down to where it isn't so bad.
