It's all good. I'm sure somebody will jokingly say it's not and ask you to send it them for proper disposal.

I got me a 420 round can of this stuff as my big screw you to the ATF. I'm just happy to have it and thanks for the reply

looks normal. federal does not polish their rounds like PMC or some other companies.

my m193 looks like that...its fine
