you need a pps43 adapter.....ppsh41 mag is too wide to fit the magwell.
I'm doing a batch of them next week as I have 4 tokarevs and 2 22tcm's I'm building..... |

No mod to the mag......still need to address the LRBHO but with the development of the one we have for Glock lowers I'm gonna look at it hard this coming week.
