So I know that most of what this advertises to do better doesn't really apply to a 9mm lower, but I can also tell you that this is the only way I can get my LRBHO to work with the 9-Q buffer in my QC10 glock 9mm.  Was only able to get the ETS to hold on a standard 9mm buffer but now even the glock oem mags stay open with the smoother buffer.  

Fixed my probelm
