Looking to shorten my suppressed 9mm carbine to the point where Store bought subsonics stay that way, they go near and transonic out of my 7.5" barrel. What are some of my options for a shorter barrel, also it has a side benefit of making my guns OAL much smaller than it is. But mostly i want it for ease of making subsonic ammo.

TROS if you have/want a tri-lug.

Note their paragraphs about barrel length and "sonicity"; I frequently refer people to this paragraph and am told they are (I am) full of shit but as you (and I) found out, their barrel length suggestions are a good rule of thumb.
