I bought all the parts except the barrel from www.ray-vin.com and then did a 17HMR Barrel from a green mountain blank and a little work had it running in no time. Its a 19" barrel and im getting 2450 avg FPS with the Hornady 20gr XTP . This is with a green mountain $40 chrome-moly blank |

Is this a left hand eject bolt action using a modified Savage magazines In AR-15 upper and lower receivers?
