I know this has been hashed over a lot, so I won't ask for details, except for...can someone provide a link(s) that discusses the available 9mm bolts, good ones, bad ones, etc

"Best" for most is the CMMG which is ramped underneath. Ramping allows you to use a standard ar15 hammer.
The Colt style has a notch and usually require a dedicated 9mm hammer, although some run on a regular hammer as well. Get the CMMG.
