Build list:
New Frontier Armory lower and side charging upper
BA 8.3" 9mm barrel
KVP BCG and buffer
Aero 9" Quantum M-LOK
Spikes Barking Spider 9mm device
Phase5 buffer tube
Trijicon Reflex

Had the chance to shoot it this weekend and it ran like a champ. Soft shooting, no misfires or failures to eject. Locked back on the last round most of the time, might just need to break in or be an issue with the ETS mags. Very accurate, easy to tear a ragged hole at 25m. I love this thing and wish I had built it years earlier.

Thanks and yes, of course. I guess I was so happy it's finally finished, that I forgot to add the parts list :)

RRA 9mm Upper
barrel shortened to 5,5 inch (Austrian laws... easier to cut down a barrel of a complete upper than buying just a barrel)
3 Lug barrel adaptor
Samson Star-4 free float handguard
HK416 front- and back sights
Ampoint T2
Larue Aimpoint Micro mount, HK size
PRI 9mm Gas Buster charging handle
Noveske K-9 barricade support
Vertical grip stubby HK style

Hera Arms 9mm Lower
MVB 9mm Stock
Magpul MOE K2+ Grip

White Cerakote paintjob and cutting the barrel was done by a gunsmith

That is a VZ grip (they are about $100) and SLR makes that upper receiver. Relatively new item from SLR.

This is my franken PCC.

It's a PSA colt pattern magazine lower with a hybrid PSA bolt with an RRA 9mm dedicated upper and a 16" Ballistic Advantage straight profile barrel inside a YHM 15" free float Keymod fore end.  I'm using a Burris AR 332 for the optic.

It's accurate (2.0-2.5 MOA at 100 yds with Hornady XTPs, and 3-4 MOA with 147 gr Xtreme plated bullets), and has been very reliable with Metalform magazines (with RRA, PSA and Brownells roll marked base plates).

Just wrapped up my first 9mm build. Was able to test fire it a couple nights ago and it ran flawlessly :)

-Critical Capabilities lower (NFA without any roll marks)
-NFA upper with LRBHO
-7.5" Wilson Arms barrel
-Spinta BCG
-SLR 6.7 rail
-Law Tactical folding stock adaptor
-KAK buffer tube and brace
-KAW 7.5oz buffer and heavy spring
-CMMG LPK
-DD trigger

-Still plan to add a phase extended 5 bolt release (can't run magpul bad lever because too thick for LRBHO)
-Also going to add Holosun 503c micro

Sir,

Does the top of your hand guard align with the top of your upper?  I ask this because I am looking for a short (between 4" and 6" long) hand guard for use with my side-charging Gibbz G9 upper and the selections seem to be scarce due to index-tab interference, etc.

Your optic mount seems to span the gap between the hand guard and upper; so that's why I'm asking.

Thanks.

Yep, it mates/lines up with the upper.  The handguard is made by LFA Armory.  My Spartan upper and your Gibbz upper are both made by NFA, so they're almost identical.

The 4.5" is only $39 (they also have cosmetic blems for $24).

Thank you for confirmation of the fit; I had seen some fit problems mentioned early on with their product. Perhaps they have made a change, or perhaps the side charging uppers just fit correctly.

I am excited about this build. Finished the lower build yesterday and am waiting on a nylon vise block for the upper barrel and hand guard installation.

Side charging uppers with pistol length barrels, very heavy buffers, and braces, make 9mm AR pistols very attractive suppressor hosts.

Hows that fortis break working out?

Ive been looking for a replacement for the standard birdcage.

I want a chambered design like the lantac but dont want to fork out that kind of cash for it. Ive seen a few others that peak my interest but none enough to make my pull out my wallet.

If VG6 had a 9mm one, ide buy it in a heart beat. I like their 300blk break a lot.

CMMG Mk9 dedicated lower

Rock River Arms 10.5" barrel
CMMG 9mm bolt

I've only shot about 200 rounds through it so far, shoots/functions perfectly.
